Meet the Service Department ! These technicians are fully factory trained on the entire line of Digital Imagers and Facsimiles from Sharp Electronics as well as the software solutions available for the Sharp products. They are also factory trained on the Riso line of digital duplicators. And they are the best Hewlett-Packard techs you’ll find anywhere.
But more important than the certifications is the attentiveness to customer satisfaction that these people exhibit on a daily basis. Under the able guidance of Doug Campbell, our Service Manager they put you, the customer, first. If I sound particularly proud of this group its because I am a former technician myself and our business was built on customer service. And this Department is the best! Give them a try. Terms Of Service
| We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and require the billing address and zip code. Your card will be charged when your order is shipped. We chart the actual published UPS of FED EX shipping charge. Shipments to residential address typically cost $1 more. We add $1 handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials (boxes, tape, tables, etc.). Our shipment's require a signature upon delivery. We accept purchase orders from Government and educational institutions as well as companies or individuals wishing to establish an account for ongoing purchases. Our terms are Net 30 days. |
